Why skip Thanksgiving?

Has anybody noticed that now stores all over are skipping right over Thanksgiving? I mean, really. I also mean like, "Sure. Build a Thanksgiving store. But don't decorate it for Christmas near Thanksgiving! If you plan on building a store to celebrate Thanksgiving all year, make sure to decorate it for THANKSGIVING along with the other holidays." Because, if you're going to make a store, decorate it for Thanksgiving BEFORE Christmas!
